Perrysburg (Harbor Town Place)
Children’s Discovery Center offers child care in several Toledo-area locations, including our Perrysburg-Harbor Town location. Our center is located on Lighthouse Way in Perrysburg, close to Levis Commons offices and shops. Our child care center and pre-school offer benefits unmatched by any other Toledo child care provider. Parents love that we provide convenient, reliable before- and after-school care with transportation to and from local elementary schools, including Frank, Toth and Ft. Meigs Elementary schools. Woodland and St. Rose Elementary school buses travel directly to and from our school. Come and experience the safe, loving, learning environment we have to offer Toledo-area families.
Our Perrysburg-Harbor Town child care center features a unique Discovery Room with an interactive castle and ball pit. We also have a child-sized stage and open-air market where children explore and engage in real-life role-playing. Parents and children love our large outdoor play areas, which offer plenty of opportunities for fresh air and nature-exploring activities, including a sorting table full of natural items, a weaving trellis, a garden planted and tended by the children and a maze made of bushes. In our recycled music area, children explore sounds on wood and metal “instruments.”
Indoors, our large atelier provides tons of natural light. Separate infant rooms keep our non-mobile children and crawlers safe from the happy feet of our active, mobile students! As one of the country’s top 50 child care providers, we combine our wonderful location in Perrysburg-Harbor Town with an award-winning educational philosophy to make a parent’s wish come true when it comes to finding the perfect child care provider.
