We’re excited to feature our Perrysburg, Avenue Road location in our blog this month. Our Avenue Road staff has been caring for families throughout the community for more than 26 years and strongly values the opportunity to form life-long relationships with the children we care for. Many of the children at our location have been enrolled since infancy and watching them grow and explore new opportunities for learning is one of our team’s passions.
Like our other locations, you will find that our Avenue Road center is far more than just a daycare, but a place for children to establish an educational foundation for growth that will last them a lifetime. We view each child as competent, capable and amazing, while seeking to nurture each child’s interests and provide an educational experience that he or she can learn and develop in a way that best suits their needs.
Our teachers and children work together to explore what the class will focus on and this leads to an endless amount of opportunities for discovery! Our Reggio Emilia philosophy inspires activities that encourage children to ask questions and fosters an environment where curiosity is encouraged.
In total, we currently have more than 100 students enrolled at our center with 20 staff members. Our staff brings a wealth of childcare knowledge to the children we serve, with team members ranging from 20 to 57 years old and many years of experience in education.
We are proud of our childcare program that has evolved over the years and we’re thankful to all of the families who have entrusted us with their child’s care. We provide an innovative environment in which children in the community can get an early childhood education that prepares them in an environment to make them life-long learners!
